My Apulian origins have always been an added value in my life, in everything I do I combine the passion of the South with the grit of the North.
A citizen of the world since 1991, I have absorbed the cultures of different peoples thanks to a 360 ° work experience in the tourism sector, from the simplest and most fun roles in the 90s villages to the most demanding and responsible ones in the world of worldwide hotels.
Since 2009 in Italy and since 2010 in Milan, a city that has given me wonderful emotions and great results.
The assumption of responsibility and the desire to share my experiences in the tourism universe with the new generations have brought me closer to teaching in recent years, courses taken for specialized companies such as Up Level and Business School of Management, for technical tourist institutes such as the prestigious Institute Carlo Porta of Milan and academics such as the Free University of Languages and Communication IULM, also in Milan.
However, teaching does not mean stopping learning and for this reason, with numerous courses attended, academies and masters, in recent years I have deepened the theme of Communication, studying all the useful aspects to better manage one’s life and profession.
To the communication courses I added those of P.N.L., Neuro Linguistic Programming, a fascinating subject that allows you to work on yourself as much as on those around us, improving the quality of life exponentially.
Having obtained the certificates of NLP Practitioner and Master Practitioner, the hunger for training has increased and hence the awareness that bringing these issues into the tourism sector generates added value for companies that want to grow by growing their staff and consequently their revenue.
Only a healthy work environment can be extremely productive and those who understand it have already taken the first step towards a future of great success.
Training and consulting are my present and my future.
In all this training and training I have not lost my twenty-year-old nature, a music lover who DJ for friends after having done it for thousands of people at the Space in Ibiza in the 90s, still feed my passion for photography and above all I am a traveler par excellence, always remembering that “we are travelers first than tourism and hospitality operators”.

Milanese by birth and passion, after studying linguistics at the Faculty of Modern Foreign Languages and Literature at the State University of Milan, she was overwhelmed by the frenetic world of Communication working immediately for two large agencies: Marvel Italia, where she deals with integrated communication in financial and corporate for listed companies, crisis management as well as product communication, and Consulta Incentive Travel, in the organization and management of medical / scientific congresses and financial conferences. The chameleonic experience of those years pushed her to create her own MOVIDA Comunicazione agency that will lead her to deal not only with finance and MICE but also with communication in tourism, promotion of the territory and destinations, tourism / hospitality businesses and communication. in the food and catering sector.
In 2012 she was entrusted with the project of the NU Hotel, a 4-star design boutique hotel in Milan, of which she is also the General Manager today. It is considered a loan from the world of communication to that of hospitality.
Today she is also a teacher in UP LEVEL in the masters of Hospitality Management and Communication for the MICE and Event Management areas, communication techniques, Web & social-media Marketing, communication strategy for companies.
Unconventional, dynamic, trend anticipator, she is also the mother of Giulia and Francesco. She loves traveling and her motorbike.
ZINEB EL MERGAOUY
Revenue & Distribution Specialist
Born in the Atlantic coast in Morocco, she moved to Italy at the age of 11. She graduated as a business expert and correspondent in foreign languages, demonstrating more and more her strong vocation and predisposition towards learning foreign languages, thanks also to her background, consisting of a strong and constantly present multi-ethnicity.
In conjunction with the end of her studies, in 2006 she began her professional career, and despite her young age, at 18 she decided to approach the world of hospitality.
Inside a small hotel in the city center of Lucca, she starts as a front office agent, subsequently learning all the aspects related to the back office, the booking department and eventually becoming a management assistant.
In 2011 she decided to change her career by abandoning the small provincial reality, to test herself with the great Cosmopolitan Milan. Thus begins a challenge to establish herself within a new hospitality reality.
And it is here that she will be able to contribute to the development and realization of the startup of one of the first prestigious design hotels in the metropolis, becoming a solid reference point for her team and her colleagues, by means of a strong predisposition to problem solving, administrative capacity, revenue management as well as its particular savoir-faire with hospitality.
She is certain that the reception is the basis of any good accommodation facility, and that the reliability and dedication to one’s goals are qualities to be pursued and sought.
Today she is the front office manager of the Duomo Hotel & Apartments in Milan, while in her spare time she dedicates herself to travel, trekking and continuous research and personal growth.
ALBERTO TROVATO
F&B Specialist
Born in Genoa in 1972, operating in hotel and restaurant business for over 30 years.
Since his first work experience at Imperiale Palace Hotel in Santa Margherita Ligure, he had the opportunity to enter in the high level’s Hospitality segment and to work with great professionals.
During his career he took part to many new openings both in italy and abroad (where he spent over 13 years, mainly in the U.K.), looking after the F&B department’s operations or part of it.
Working in close contact with michelin starred chefs (Locanda Locatelli, London and The Cook, Genoa) and for icon hotels (Splendido Portofino, Park Tower Knightsbridge, London and Missoni Edinburgh) have contribute to improve his knowledge in restaurant business under every aspect.
In 2015 he patecipates to a F&B management training in Baveno (VB) at CIPAS by Giancarlo Pastore during which he improved his skills learning new management methods.
His last foreign experience in Kazakstan, ended in 2017, involved the opening of 4 new restaurants starting from the project to the operations, costs control and profits’ analysis.
The experience aquired in these years and the opportunity to gravitate constantly in prestigious companies, make Alberto a careful professional, that pay attention to every detail to achieve the result. Appreciated by the people he works with for his dedications and commitment.
Currently living in Genoa with his wife Doris and first supporter of his son, Giorgio, young motorbike rider. He loves the sea and to travel, discovering new people and cultures.
