Born in Genoa and deeply tied to his city, he’s world’s citizen by vocation. Since his youth he develops agreat passion for tourism and following the graduation at hotel and catering school “M. Polo”, he was invited to go back, after 20 years, as teacher and international professional.
Recently he took part to a master in revenue hotel management and F&B at Luiss University Business School in Rome.
Having as passions to ride enduro motorbike offroad, rugby (he played for 15 years for cus Genova) and parachuting (he serves in Folgore Brigade) make Piero a determined person always focused in achieve the success.
His career has been quick and rewarding also thanks to Juan orra. and Federico Quaranta that believed in his passion for the business, appointing him as general manger for 4 and 5 stars Luxury Design’s Hotel.
He had the opprtunity to travel a lot knowing new cultures, learning five different languages (english, french, spanish, greek and russian) and always facing new challenges, working for prestigious hotel groups (Mobygest, Belambra, Settemari Alpitour World and Isker Group), showing excellent skills for resorts’ start-up. The involvment in international projects, enabled piero to know new market assets, learning the needs of efficency recover, enhancing relationships between clients and suppliers, contributing to a constant growth of quality standards.
He has taken care of management training for different hotel companies and he developped new brands such as 7K-AEWG in Kazakstan, spending 6 years as brand general manager taking it to iso standards. Proactive, both in communication and marketing, as well as offering products and services, he pays particular attention to guests and details.
He’s currently working to create an hotel management company, focused in Luxury Boutique Maison Hotel, creating unconventional hospitality to give new life to elegance and the Ladies and Gentlemen’s unique style.
